Installation

Complete instructions are included with all products.  These will provide you or your dealer details needed to install & maintain the equipment.  The quoted prices on this web site do not include installation costs. 

Shipping costs

All prices on this web site are quoted FOB Wichita, Ks.  and do not include any shipping costs.

Cancellation

Regularly entered orders, after th same have been accepted by Scope, Inc. cannot be cancelled without permission from Scope, Inc. & then only on terms that will compensate Scope, Inc. for any loss resulting from such cancellation.

Damages

Be certain to check your shipment immediately.  The freight carrier is responsible for damage during shipping.  Please note any damage on your freight bill, then contact your carrier within 2 days & arrange for an inspection.  If damage is not noted on the freight bill, the buyer must accept full responsibility for any damage that turns up later.  Scope, Inc. will assist with help in filing any claim but will not be responsible if you do not file your claim within the time allowed by the freight carrier.

Warranty

Scope, Inc. warrants its new products to be free from defects in material & workmanship only.  No other warranties are either expressed or implied.  This warranty shall extend for one year from the date of sale unless otherwise stated.  Buyer's remedy of this warranty is limited to repair parts or replacement of items by Scope, Inc.  This warranty is void if items are carelessly used or improperly installed or maintained.  No claim for labor or inconsequential damages will be allowed.  No warranty on fiber optic bulbs.

Used equipment & parts have varying warranty lengths of time.  The warranty length is stated on the invoice. 

Returned Merchandise

Anyone wishing to return merchandise must first obtain prior factory authorization.  Items returned undamaged are subject to a 10% processing charge.  All returned items must be shipped to Scope, Inc. prepaid.  Items returned must have an authorization number (given to you by Scope, Inc.) or they will be returned.
